Receptionist was great. I was allowed to check-in an hour early (at 13:00hrs instead of 14:00hrs as the email confirmation stated). Room was quite clean and everything worked well. Free wifi was good as was able to watch Netflix easily. There were some restaurants in walking distance (5-10 mins).

The room was very clean, and the staff was very well behaved. They seem to have a lot of experience with people who are forced to stay overnight in Frankfurt due to flight issues so they do their best to accommodate. Breakfast was amazing.

Reception staff was very polite and gave us clear instructions from the very beginning. We have booked the room for 1 night only as we had a flight to catch in the next early morning, that is why we didn't have the chance to try their breakfast. The room was good and clean and had anything that you need in it. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs accommodation near Frankfurt Airport :)

The hotel was very clean and nice furnished. The beds were comfortable and the room in general including the bathroom was spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful, they gave us all the information we needed and always with a smile! The location was really good, close to the airport but also to the centre (many ways to transfer).

The room was nice and clean but a bit small. The staff was super nice and polite, we were there for a concert and they even get us a taxi back-and-forth the stadium for a quite low price!

This is an excellent option if you are looking for budget accommodation: cheap, clean, and efficient (quick and straightforward check-in, no need to check out). It is near the highway and the airport -- for us, it was a stop-over on a long drive through Germany. The rooms are clean, basic but comfortable, and quiet, despite the airport being nearby.

When I wrote down the fact that I was a wheelchair user while making a reservation, I got an immediate response from the hotel. And, they suggested a room for wheelchair users. Thanks for the kindness and consideration of hotel.

we stayed the night before a flight out of the airport. the staff was very friendly. the room was clean quiet and very basic. the shower was the best part of the room. it had great pressure! parking is plentiful. they accommodated our 2 large dogs.
